Canoeing

Year round you’ll find beautiful and extensive canoeing through our forests.  The unique river system of the Wilderness National Park, for example, is fantastic for placid water exploration, or in the rainy season the rivers swell to enable some hairy white water rafting.

You can rent kayaks in the Wilderness National Park, and also on Keurbooms River, just east of Plettenberg Bay on the garden route which is a beautiful paddle up deep gorges, if you wish, staying in an overnight hut.
